Welcome to our newest live site, JPS Motors did have a live website when they approached us. What they didn’t have was any customer service and this was causing a lot of stress and wasted time for them.
Dealing with a large organisation they had been assured by the clever sales team of first class customer service. The reality, once they signed on the dotted line, was that they were having to use 0845 numbers, they never got to speak to the same person twice, they had to explain the same thing over and over again, were not able to change their site – being told to ‘look it up on the forum and do it yourself’ and they couldn’t get anyone to take notice of the importance of the website to their business.
After a few months of stress and frustration JPS approached us looking for some good old fashioned customer service. They were impressed that we visited them, loved the fact that they have direct numbers for the people looking after their site and can’t wait to take advantage of our ongoing support now their site is live!
