We’ll take away the stress and confusion and set up your channels for you. Ensuring they are fully optimised and ready for your first posts!
Channel optimisation
First channel £90+vat | £57+vat for each additional channel
If you already have your social media channels setup, we can fully optimise them for you. This can include going through page setups, adding bios and relevant descriptions, tidying up your logos and generally doing a bit of housekeeping to put you back on the map.
Multi Channel Discount
With our management services (below) for each additional channel we will create content tailored for the target audience and message.
Additional channels incur full ad cost, plus 75% of the fee.
Monthly Calendar
One channel £50+vat per month | £25+vat per month for each additional channel

Our monthly social media kick off calendar could be all the inspiration you need.
We’ll look at key national dates each month and send you a personalised calendar with at least 3 suggestions of what to post, suggested frequency of posts and help you get your creative juices flowing.

- Monitoring and reviewing of activities & competitor monitoring/analysis
- Networking twice per week.

What we need from you:
– All images, photos, graphics & video content
– Your input on signing off the content each month
Things to note:
The first month of this package is spent optimising your channel, helping you define social media goals and planning content for the next month.
Additional posts, customer service management, asset creation and paid ads are all avaialable as add on services – POA
Level 2
£399+vat per month
What we do:
- 8 graphic/video posts/month
- 2 bespoke reels per month
- Story series (2-3 frames) twice per week.
- Paid ad budget £50
- Monitoring and reviewing of activities & competitor monitoring/analysis
- Networking three times per week. ◦ Monthly report
What we need from you:
– All images, photos, graphics & video content
– Your input on signing off the content each month

Audit and Strategy
£100+vat per channel for Audit only, £300+vat per channel for Audit and Strategy
Audit will include:
– A document for you to review, keep and refer to
– Definition of your social media goals
– Overview of your profile optimisation
– Identifying your audience data for each channel
– A review of your branding, language and promotion
– Review of your top performing posts including impressions, engagement, reach & types of content
– Identifying new objectives
– Exploring the opportunity for other channels outside of what you’re using
Your strategy document will include:
– Everything included in our social media audit
– Creation of your social media content pillars
– Creation of a 12 month social media calendar
– Identifying your brand voice and language
– Suggested social media posts for each channel
– Tips to increase engagement
Paid Ads
One-off setup fee | £150 per campaign Campaign management fee | £150 per month
Requires a budget of £50-£500 to be spent on the paid ad per month.
Please note that this applies to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn only. Includes a monthly report & time allowance for reasonable updates throughout the campaign.
Additional Posts

Occasionally, at key promotional times of the year, you may wish to increase the number of posts included in your package. We’re happy to create more posts in line with your campaigns.
For significant additional post volumes, or a requirement for regular additional posts, please ask us for a bespoke quotation.
All Social Media Management Packages are subject to a minimum contract period of 12 months followed by 1 month’s notice thereafter
Things to note
1. All imagery and videos to be supplied by client.
2. Activ will submit a content wish list to client within the planning month and ongoing as required.
3. Month 1 is charged in full and used to plan strategy, content pillars and gain client approval on post design, tone of voice and overall look and feel.
4. Up to 50% of graphic posts will be branded – client to provide logo for use. Other posts will be client provided imagery.
5. Additional channels incur full ad cost, plus 75% of the fee for a duplicate approach.
6. One round of revisions included.
