Activ Marketing North Essex is a trading name of SM Design which is based at Hyfields, Duck Street, Little Easton, Great Dunmow, Essex CM6 2AG (other trading names including Activ Net Marketing North Essex, Activ Web Design Dunmow, Braintree, Saffron Walden, Activ SEO Dunmow, Braintree, Saffron Walden). We may process “personal data” (as defined in data protection legislation) as part of our contracted services and/or in our administration. We provide website design and associated services using the “Activ” software products and servers. All data are held securely and for as long as they relate to the reasons for collection and/or if there is a statutory retention period.

Data may be shared with third parties as part of our contracted services, for our administration and/or if we are required by law to do so. We cannot accept any liability for any processing conducted by a third party outside our remit.
