Activ Digital Marketing North Essex is a trading name of SM Design which is based at Hyfields, Duck Street, Little Easton, Great Dunmow, Essex CM6 2AG (other trading names including Activ Net Marketing North Essex, Activ Web Design Dunmow, Braintree, Saffron Walden, Activ SEO Dunmow, Braintree, Saffron Walden). We may process “personal data” (as defined in data protection legislation) as part of our contracted services and/or in our administration. We provide website design and associated services using the “Activ” software products and servers. All data are held securely and for as long as they relate to the reasons for collection and/or if there is a statutory retention period.
